The chambers are jointly advancing a federal agenda for Greater Seattle and Portland to the Biden Administration and new Congress. While these advocacy priorities are notable to the flagship cities of the Pacific Northwest, we know that solving challenges in our cities will improve the prosperity of the entire Pacific Northwest.
Our current federal policy priorities are:
- Keep commerce moving safely along the I-5 Corridor
- Increase access to affordable housing and homeless services
- Promote racial equity
- Expand global market access for our companies
- Downtown rebuilding and urban core enhancements
