The last year has been full of stress and uncertainty for most of us, and now many people are facing added anxiety around returning to work in their office post-COVID. We want to give you, as an employer or manager, the tools to support your team during this transition.

In June of 2020 the CDC reported that 41% of adults in the US are struggling with a mental health or substance use disorder. As a people leader, you can have a profound positive impact on an employee dealing with these issues.

Ask yourself, "Can I say yes to the following questions?"
  • Can you recognize behaviors associated with depression, anxiety, or trauma?
  • Do you know the verbal and physical cues that show someone they safely belong on your team?
  • Do you understand what a team experiencing strong psychological safety looks like?
  • Do you know the impact that clear success and failure frameworks have on employees with mental health challenges?

  • Join us for an interactive learning session with organizational culture consultant and mental health advocate, Deborah Urbanik of D. Whitney Consulting.
