is the new Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion program at the Seattle Metropolitan Chamber of Commerce. Our Recalibrate Symposiums provide Chamber members with a deeper understanding of DEI topics and DEI best practices.

Our initial symposium will focus on how to define diversity, equity and inclusion at your workplace. We’ll dig into the distinctions between each of these concepts, how they connect, and why clear definitions of these terms are critical to your organization’s ability to set goals and action plans.

When these words are defined for your organization, you will be better prepared to begin to design your strategy. Each word, Diversity, Equity and Inclusion will have an active meaning for your organization.

Whether your organization is just starting your DEI journey or are looking to adjust current initiatives, this webinar will give you the tools you need to help chart your path.
