As the state’s COVID-19 curve continues to flatten, Impact Washington has begun providing no-cost readiness assessments to help manufacturers prepare to return to work. The program is supported by funds authorized by the Cares Act and the National Institute and Standards and Technology (NIST).

Join us on this call and hear how Impact Washington has been conducting no-cost virtual site assessments designed to help prepare manufacturers to return-to-work. They will share how they are helping facilities determine whether engineering controls, administrative controls, or personal protection methods are recommended and how to measure employees’ risk of exposure due to the nature of their job functions.

Impact Washington strives to support and energize the local manufacturing industry by enhancing the productivity and technology performance of Washington manufacturers. Their consultants have helped hundreds of small and medium-size manufacturers across Washington State boost productivity and profitability, cut costs, raise employee morale and become globally competitive.

The webinar will be lead by Sarah Stuart, who is both a process specialist and an account executive for King County. Sarah has 10+ years’ experience in process improvement. She is an instructor for the SME/AME/Shingo Prize Lean Enterprise Certification Program (LECP), Six Sigma instructor using American Society for Quality (ASQ) curriculum, and a certified instructor for the Training within Industry Programs, Quality Management Systems (ISO 9000/AS 9100), and speaks regularly at public conferences on Lean subjects.
