Many of us are finding ourselves working from home for the first time, and likely to continue away from the office for a while.  Join us to hear from Kerry Field, PT, DPT, a physical therapist with Peak Sports & Spine Physical Therapy, who will be sharing some ergonomic advice, stretches, and health tips to keep you feeling good while working from home. 

We will also introduce our 'Innovation Moment,' a brief presentation from a local leader about inventive ways they've pivoted their business or supported our community. Olga Sagan will join us to share how she created Catch22, an online hub for restaurants offering delivery or takeout during this time. This website has helped keep her team at Piroshky Piroshky working, and has allowed her fellow restaurants to reach a wider audience.

This event is free, and is open to members and non-members.
