Event Cancellation Policies

Unless otherwise stated, no cash refunds will be made for canceled registrations, but substitutions are welcome. Cancellation requirements vary per event.


Standard Cancellation Policy

No refunds will be made for canceled registrations, but substitutions are welcome. Credits are available to Chamber members for canceled registrations if the cancellation is made three business days prior to the event by contacting the event registrar. Credits not used within 90 days of the date of the event will be forfeited.

Annual Meeting Cancellation Policy 
No refunds or credits will be made for canceled registrations, but substitutions are welcome.

Free Event Cancellation Policy 
This is a free event so there is no cancellation penalty, but we would greatly appreciate it if you would alert us if you are unable to attend.

Study Missions and Leadership Conference Cancellation Policies

Travel with the Chamber Cancellation Policy
A non-refundable deposit of $300.00 per person is due at the time of registration.  Tours are non-refundable for any reason once final payment is submitted, therefore it is strongly suggested that Traveler’s Insurance, which covers cancellation, be purchased.

YPN Cancellation Policy
No refunds will be made for canceled registrations, but substitutions are welcome. Credits are available to Chamber members for canceled registrations if the cancellation is made 3 business days prior to the event by contacting the event registrar. Non-members can transfer their registration to the following YPN event. Credits not used within 90 days of the date of the event will be forfeited.
